Annapolis Valley Dance Company presents in introduction to Swing (Jive) dance.

When: The class runs every Wednesday from 8:00pm - 9:00pm from April 10 to June 5, 2023

Where: L'Arche Homefires, 341 Main Street, Wolfville, Nova Scotia.

The first class is April 10th and will go until June 5th.

Partners are highly recommended but not required. These programs are LGBTQ friendly and same sex partners are welcomed.

Dance is therapeutic and is an excellent way to experience joy and lift the spirit, while improving one's sense of rhythm, balance, coordination and creating new neural pathways in the brain.

We're counting on you to respect your partners, your body and to dance within your own limits. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing! Dance at your own risk.

Registration through the Town of Wolfville.

Price is $135 per person.
