Learn the basics to Ballroom dancing including Tango, Foxtrot and Waltz.

No previous experience is necessary.

The Intro to Ballroom classes are every Wednesday from 7:00-8:00pm and will be held at L'Arche Homefires building in the upstairs room (341 Main Street).

The first class is April 10th and runs to June 5th.

Partners are highly recommended but not required. These programs are LGBTQ friendly and same sex partners are welcomed.

Dance is therapeutic and is an excellent way to experience joy and lift the spirit, while improving one's sense of rhythm, balance, coordination and creating new neural pathways in the brain.

We're counting on you to respect your partners, your body and to dance within your own limits. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing! Dance at your own risk.

Price is $135 per person.
